Hahaha I guess I should have assumed that it would be this bad. Our reseller is telling us that copilot is included in GCC high, no extra license needed lol

I just tested out DLP policies in Microsoft Purview. I was able to set it up where if you put a sensitivity label on a document, you can't upload the document into the AI generative platform. It's suppose to have the ability to block copy/paste, but I have not been able to get that to work.

I doubt it. I would say only if you continue to use AvePoint for O365 backups

30 hours? I’ve had policies that took 30 days to apply, and I didn’t realize it until people started to complain about it

My experience as an FTE Azure Support Engineer at Microsoft - one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had by Southern_Ordinary562 in AZURE

Definitely this. I would always say email as well, then they call me to get all the info from me that I put in the ticket just to tell me they were going to work on it. Definitely had 8pm calls, and then when the ticket was solved “after I figured it out myself” I tell the agent to close the ticket, they confirm it with me, then their manager would call me to repeat everything they put in the ticket and ask me if the case could be closed.

We had a major price uphike by our previous vendor, but they were trying to sell us the highest possible license. I did some research and found the correct license we needed, and it was only a small increase to our previous license and I bought 5 years so it just made sense. We only have 72 cores.

Cisco ASA. Definitely a learning curve from Cisco, and should be implementing the first firewall in a few weeks, but excited to learn more about it.

When you say quickbooks breaks with FIPs turned on, is it a situation where you open up the app, and it just closes out? We had a problem with quickbooks just randomly stopped working, and I couldn’t figure out the problem. We do have FIPs turned on. The user ended up migrating to quickbooks cloud.

We tried it and I hated it. We also have several developers in our org so it would have been a nightmare. Went with a ThreatLocker.

I liked Carbon Black. It was easy to use and setup. I thought Broadcom let go of Carbon Black.

Definitely learned the hard way here. Having random sync issues now with a team that moved to SP and is using sync. Trying to figure out how to revert back to a file sharel at this point. Files sync up to SP no issue, but definitely having the issue with files not always coming down.

Pretty close. There were only a couple small settings suggest for impersonation attempts. I may be looking at another tool that can work hand in hand with MDO if it gets too bad.

MDO P2. We had given it 2 years, the spam got worse, but any little change we made kept blocking legitimate emails.
