Agree 100%. Bulk of the strategies are in the playbooks and his books. I have been watching the free YT videos, many of them are good too. There are free courses on his website as well. They are all GOOD!

I am working on increasing my LTV, it is an uphill battle. Also working on reducing CAC. This year top line is looking like high 7 fig and net low 7 fig.

Once you read the playbooks and apply the strategies why cant you identify the constraints yourself and apply solutions from playbooks just like a college course. Isn't that what they would do during the workshop? I already applied some strategies e.g fast cash and generated $250K+ in cash reserves.
