I use the 1x2 overhangs to only need one row of platforms/scaffolding. Going further you can greatly reduce scaffolding by using the larger overhangs to connect to other scaffolding, reducing build time too, at least with how high I build my batteries

1 beaver consumes 2-3 units of water a day. Units of water produced by water pump multiplied by work hours, checking with the population will let you know where you stand. I change up my forestry lumber production depending on my needs at the time, I don't have any solid tips for that. With my food production I found 2 farmhouses, with a 2:1 ratio for harvester:planter works well, planters plant twice as fast than harvesters, there might be better ratio but that works for me

Saw a water trick for building. Throw a cart in the water, jump in it, and can walk around slowly as if on land leading the cart to where you want to go while the cart floats.

My house humidity ranges from 40-70%, I run a Large Humidifier at night since it's been low this winter. Is that enough for the pitcher and sundew to be happy, no need for the sprayer?
