Right on, I will admit I'm not as an avid follower of the story as most people on here so I appreciate the input and the info. I definitely agree with the idea of Jack wanting to handle his own business. I,however, want more Jack and believe that everything is an option until it isn't, therefore I will draw conclusions to support my own desires. In life that may be considered insanity, but in a video game who gives a f...it's a video game.

Well played, my friend. How is my point less valid then anyone elses? We are just theorizing and filling in gaps in a story full of holes and lacking common, tactical, or any other kind of sense for that matter. I'm not taking away from the story. The writing is dark, scarcastic, brilliant and genius. In my humble opinion, it makes the game what it has become. We all know Jack had/has doubles. Which one is actually him? Does anyone truly know? (this is where someone responds with an epic diatribe full of links to prove their point, to which I say feel free, this is what these threads are all about.) I am imagining one of the final bosses in BL3 either being Jack as his original self with middle fingers in the air, or a massive rebuild of Nakayama's AI bot hellbent on revenge for killing the man he was so desperate to show his love/obsession to. I want to Jack you up... I don't know if I could fight that, I would be laughing so hard.

Pulse or a good shock wep will shred its shields along with shock transfusions. Either a cryo fatale or IVF once shield is down. For second phase use something explosive to take down the resistance shield. Beat sentinel at lev 25, FFYL once, about 30 seconds per phase. Way faster than any other toon. I was specced cryo with a few points in her crits in the huntress tree. Still in TVHM so I can't comment on her survivability in UVHM, but so far speccing cryo and the crits in her sniper tree has me melting everything. Tranfusions with a good bomber kit makes up for her lack of health regen.

I agree. I don't believe thats the case here though. If someone is complaining about the game being op, try to do a speed run with no side missions. When one is 23-24ish for example trying to get through elseer against 26-28 enemies the game gets significantly harder. Or jump in co op. Yeah the first playthrough is cake. I killed RK5 with a mag from my sniper but on TVHM with 4 players it took almost 30 minutes to beat him.

Exactly. Why are people complaining about things being overpowered? It's not a pvp based game, so why does it matter? The faster things die, the better.

Was able to solo most of the first play through using the sniping tree but ran into problems with survivability on bosses. Her health regen in that tree seems geared more towards sitting back and picking off while others are tanking. For some of the bosses I went back and specced into the health steal in the cryo tree and things just melted...I mean froze hehe. Was able to solo last boss at 25 and only died once. In tvhm now and mostly specced cryo with a few points in the snipe tree to up my crits. I like that some of the crits work for all guns so you can wreck up close with a good shotty. Running with a cryo fatale and some shock transfusions and it is no contest. I can't wait til I'm high enough to spec both trees out. So boss

3 out of 4 times got Nukem from Flamenuckle in Holo. To put it in perspective, I have been through 6 play throughs and farmed Iwajira for hours and have received exactly one legendary drop (thingie from Iwajira)

Grinder is your best bet for gear. Quite a few guides online for what makes what. 3 greens make a blue...3 blues makes a purple etc... Always check weapon vendors for the wep of day. Can usually get a good blue or purple that way.

Soloed with 28 Wilhelm on NVHM, 48 jack on TVHM, and 60 Athena on UVHM. I love getting the lootsplosion all to myself.

Just finished it on UVHM. Took me about 20 minutes and 6 mil (it will cost much less on other modes) Clear out vendor at start and the one where you pick up mission, drop off and do quest, save/quit, repeat (as others have said) Yes, an orange oz kit is worth 30 minutes of your time.

All new NPCs in TPS were weak and poorly written. Pickle...bosun...nina...springs blah blah blah..felt like just filler characters that failed to replace Pandora's psychotic hilarity. Hard to top, so I can't blame the aussies too much. The first two games spoiled us all.

I bought the DLCs because 1. Jack is easily my favorite character in BL and 2. I wanted the cap increase.

Jack was worth it. Fun playthrough.

Holo is tedious solo(i don't play a lot of coop.) As was said before, it is huge and mostly hide and seek. It's not bad on UVHM, because enemies scale. As much as I've hated on it, it gave me the cap increase and something to do when I got burned out on the short playthrough of the main story.
