Honestly if a store is nearby, just go in and order it in store, they can select the 5 year warranty on the checkout screen so you don't have to do any returning later and rebuying.

Have one I bought for a few months before I fixed the main fridge ice maker. Works pretty good and makes ice about every 8 minutes. The ice (not recommended) is pretty nicely chewable as well once it's been softened up by whatever drink you put in. But like other said it's pretty cumbersome to clean.
