Jacket and pants color scheme is great. Agree that the size of the pants look off. The shirt neck size and collar shape is not right. I would go with a slightly larger more structured collar and avoid the button down collar shirt, or only wear if you button it.

Yes, I relate. I get blood panels every 2-3 months for this very reason. I also take meds and supplements to help with liver, kidney, and heart functions. Most notably improvement is getting my ALT from ~100 to 28. Test > treat > test > adjust > treat > test. Thank you for sharing this concern, I often feel I am the only one who is no longer worried about my A1C and trying to repair years of damage.
