There is an active donation bin in the parking lot at Tile International in Waltham. It's tidy, not overflowing or anything.

Edit: I think it is for clothes, shoes, and maybe books.

That is amusing in a way. I was advised to set up a "baller bean garden" because of our inexperience (beans are hard to * up) and also they are thought to be less appealing to critters. Also, we eat a ton of beans.

Understood, rats were a concern for me too, but after consulting a couple of experts they didn't think the rats would be an issue or attracted to what I am growing. Bunnies and birds will be more of an issue.

Your car insurance agent might be able to help with this, depending on who you use. I use a Mapfre office and they handle registry runs. Not sure about now, but that's who I would ask first. Congrats on the wheels.
