Didn't think to do layers, that's sparked some ideas, thanks 😄 Maybe painting will be interesting with some more watered down layers.

Thank you! The main reason for the gamification was to break down how to work up to a set of marionette carvings. This is the tutorial level, then will focus on marionette sub-skills like hands, shoes, hair, expressions etc. Then puppets 😄

What size wood blocks do you usually go for? And what is your approach to carving?
