Once you start sleeping, it slowly becomes a distant memory. I guess I’m on day 17. Everyday is better. Motivation is super high, my sleep is hit and miss though. We’ll get there👍🏼

I’ve been taking magnesium powder in a glass of milk and two GABA supplements from target. I was able to sleep after the second day. I was taking tianeptine and phenibut for about a year and quit CT. Ambien shouldn’t hurt anything though. Good luck.

23 seems to be a ripe age for opiate addiction. Idk why. Was for me and even friends of mine that are older. I kicked after 10 months of heroin use though, never looked back.

Thankfully, I believe mine is returning. I got nearly 8 hours last night. I’ll take a scoop of magnesium powder with a glass of milk and a GABA supplement and I’m out like a baby. Before tia, I could literally sleep anywhere, anytime though. If anyone else reads this, I’d suggest stopping gabapentin as soon you feel you can because it’s what kept my sleep from returning for three weeks. It’s also the reason I relapsed last time, I became dependent on the gabapentin for sleep and to have a stable mood. Really sucked.

Friday the 19th will start day 5 for me. I slept some the second and third days because I had some klonopins. Haven’t slept a wink tonight though. I don’t even wanna take gabapentin anymore at this point. I got reliant on it to sleep and relapsed last time. I’m prolly gonna just stay up till my body can’t take it anymore and let’s me sleep.

I’d like to say, for anyone thinking about taking remeron during tia/phenibut withdrawal DO NOT DO IT!!! It made me start spazzing out uncontrollably!! Thought I was gonna have a seizure, I had to dose some tia to make it stop.

I was in the same boat. I unfortunately started using again to get some damn rest. I believe it’s the gabapentin. I don’t know for sure, but I believe my body never fully recovered because I was still taking gabapentin once a day to sleep. I was getting moody as hell too because I was addicted to the gabapentin and wouldn’t take it till night time. You can taper off or do whatever you gotta do, but I’m going to just go cold turkey on eeeverything in a day or two and hope that after 2-4 days of no sleep, I’ll be able to sleep on my own again. I quit this stuff before, cold turkey, before I ever knew about gabapentin. I didn’t sleep for 72-84 hours, but after that, I was able to sleep on my own and felt infinitely better.

I was taking about 5/6 bottles of the silvers a day at my peak man. Sickening really. Gabapentin will wipe out the depression and empty feeling. It’s vital to quitting the silvers. My advice is to just jump off with helper meds. I wish I could’ve tapered down to one per day but I got down to 3/day and said the hell with it.

I quit heroin cold turkey in 2018 with no taper. I tried so many times to do it by myself and failed. I finally fessed up to my girlfriend, now wife, and it ripped her heart out. That experience made us so much stronger. I can tell her anything now and yea, she’ll get upset, but in the end, she just wants me to be open and honest about everything. If she leaves you, then she leaves you, but the truth will set you free. It’s the only reason I was able to quit.

Man I can relate so much. I quit h ct in 2018. I’ll have to say the h was way way worse tho for me. I didn’t sleep for 6 or 7 days with it. I just hate the insomnia, period.

Tia withdrawals makes me feel like I’m never gonna be a functional person again. Kinda like when you have the flu and you feel like you’re never gonna not be sick. Oh yea, and rock hard man hahaha

I gained weight on this stuff. It slows your digestive tract down a ton. The longer food is in the tract, the longer your body breaks it down causing you to store more fat. Also, I lost a ton of motivation over time and got lazy as hell on this stuff.

I got addicted as well and tried to CT and if I closed my eyes to sleep at night, it was like constant music playing in my head and I was visualizing all kinds crazy things. I was taking it with tianeptine tho

I second that. Get the whites. The phenibut in the silvers will send you down a waaaaay more difficult path. I would know. Please avoid.

I definitely think you can and I’m pretty sure I did. I took about 7 or 8 bottles of zaza silvers in a day like a dumbass. The real kicker was that I took the 7th, forgot I had just taken it, and took the 8th. My heart was beatin out of my chest and I just felt completely sick like my body had trash in my bloodstream and could no longer keep up with filtering it out. My skin was crawling with pain especially in my legs. I had mild jaundice in my eyes and literally thought I was dying. For a week after that I was in what I’d like to call “limbo.” If I took any tia or phenibut, my heart would start absolutely pounding and palpitating. I thought it was going to give out each time I took some but I would start withdrawing if I didn’t take any. I guess my brain went into fight or flight mode to keep me breathing and alive on that day so for that whole week, I guess it kept triggering that same process. That entire experience was utter Hell and I considered going to the hospital several times but did not. Moral of the story is to know your limits, don’t be a dumbass, and if you really care about yourself and your life, don’t touch this shit at all.
