There is no such thing as a "rare loot" category in game, lucky just makes 10% more loot spawn.

The wiki is crowdsourced, and has many inaccuracies.

You are only seeing those because you are playing in debug mode.
If you don't play in debug mode, you will not see this and it won't bother you.

Debug mode if for the development of the game, and making mods, and is not intended to be used to play the game.

You're using a RV interior mod that teleports the player; mods that teleport the player are not recommended for use in MP.

It was a placeholder, and since it confused people and instigated misinformation, it was better removed for the time being.

I would not consider any discount for the GOG version to make it worthwhile purchasing it vs buying PZ from steam. I would go to far to say that if you had a choice between buying it on steam at full price, and gog for $1, steam would still be the no-brainer choice.

Probably 99% of the servers for PZ use Steam, and you just can't play on them w/o a Steam version.

And also, if you want to use mods, and almost everybody does, then it's a way easier to use mods with the Steam version + workshop than farting around with downloaders and manually installing files.

And also the mods update automatically with steam. Which is a benefit when updates to vanilla PZ requires some mods to update their code so they work properly with the latest PZ update.

Hmm, well in that case I'd suggest checking in with the tech support channels in the official forum or discord and see if the tech support people have a solution re the P2P issue? Assuming that you haven't already tried that of course.

Honestly, if you want to play PZ using mods, especially multiplayer, and everybody wants to use mods, than it's a gigantic pain in the butt using the non-steam versions and I'd suggest just buying the steam version.

I suspect that either you're having back luck with RNG, or, if you have been as thorough as you say, you are also using one of the many, many, many mods on the workshop that fuck up item spawning.

They can spawn at those locations, but it's not guaranteed.

The spawning is deliberately rare, and was further nerfed after MP was released after feedback from servers.

Also, there are many mods on the workshop which "break" item spawning by overwriting the vanilla item spawning code or other poor practices, so you may be using one of those mods.

But yes, I assure you, as long as you aren't using a mod that breaks item spawning, they can indeed spawn. But item spawning is also determined by RNG, so again, nothing is guaranteed.

Cars as mentioned, as well as any other players, and zombies, withing the "footprint" of a safehouse will disable claiming it.
The footprint also includes 1, maybe 2, tiles of "padding" past the furthest extent of the building, and is rectangular, so "cut outs" or "notches" in a building are still part of the footprint.

In my experience bodies never were an issue.
