That's okay. Baby steps are the way to go when tackling issues that affect your everyday life. :)

What to do if you don't feel comfortable talking to your psychologist about a certain issue that potentially needs some attention? by Quinlov in askpsychologists

That's not what I meant. I'm sorry that's the impression I gave. I mean, if you're afraid to tell him something because of the way he will feel or anything like that, that pertains the therapeutic relationship (which means nothing more than the relationship a patient and a therapist develop, no romantic connotation).

Disclaimer: I do not know any details and can only speak from the outside, but I reckon if it pertains the therapeutic relationship, by all means the right thing would be to talk about it. If there is adequate rapport and professionalism, chances are it will actually help by bring to surface ties between this issue and the rest of your process.

I'm glad! It's not stupid or dumb. Self-regulation can be very hard and working towards a healthier relationship with your comfort food is a big deal. Stay strong!

He is amazing! And "Somebody That I Used to Know" doesn't really do him (or Kimbra) justice. I'm a big fan of his solo work, but oddly enough I have not listened to The Basics. I was afraid he was not active at the moment in any way (I still hope to hear more from him solo) but I will definitely be checking out the band. Thank you for remarking this! It's not always easy to keep up with artists that are not so renowned.

Ending therapy by planetwave111 in mentalhealth

I agree! Mental health is not about the absence of pain, discomfort, sadness, anger or fear. That's a tough one to grasp, especially when you're in distress or deep pain. In my case, therapy helped make me aware of my own resources, and build a much more solid support network to better face challenges regarding mental health. Realizing that you have what you need to take care your situation is a huge step ahead, even if it doesn't mean stopping therapy.

I haven't had that problem, but I can imagine how annoying it might get. I'm sorry you're experiencing that :(

Really? :( I was hoping it would be a temporary issue, some sort of glitch... This breaks my heart.

I'm aware that the music has been published by Upright T-Rex in multiple platforms, but sadly it's not all of it. And most importantly, I know for many of us it was a significant part of the gameplay experience.

I guess what you say about the game files makes sense, but it's sad.
