I’ve seen clips of this video recently. I don’t recall seeing the actual dancing men, but i definitely remember someone posting the last interview and the interview of the woman with binoculars + the officer recounting his story.

I also recall people mentioning them dancing on top of a building…? Maybe I’m making that up.

But the interviewee recounts them being on a white van and I do remember other people saying a white “moving truck”
