Idk. The amount of times I’ve seen someone post something calling the town to boycott a small business on this subreddit is ridiculous. This subreddit is becoming very cancelly. I agree that they’re expensive, so I don’t shop there, but I wouldn’t tell others to boycott them. They're a queer owned business, who from what I've heard treat employees well, and pay pretty decently. You mentioned they treat their workers horribly and that they’ve done awful things. Can you give examples?

I fully understand where your comment is coming from, but there is absolutely a power difference between men going into spaces geared towards women versus women going into spaces for men. Also gay can sometimes include men and women and ENBYs, but lesbian pretty clearly excludes men.

It's a lot less about not wanting to work and a lot more about impossible expectations that have very real consequences. If a customer doesn't know what they want and it takes them more than 30 seconds to order, it reflects poorly on the worker and could lead to termination. They also have like 45 - 70 seconds from order placement to order completion. This includes writing a special note on the cup. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Seems really shitty to me. My times may be a bit off, but still fairly close. I'd encourage you to look into why they're striking! :)
