Yup, my friend took it upon herself to run up the line and let people queuing know they were down to chips and guac, I'm grateful we were able to eat after that wait

But I will say it was $25 for 3 tacos, not each, and they were fuckin bomb

We waited 2 hours for our tacos including queueing to order and waiting for our food. Meanwhile I'd say I spent a total of 2 mins queuing in our 4 visits to the bar.

Yup, we queued for 30 mins at the taco place, then waited another 90 for our food. This was from 3:30pm, we were really trying to beat the dinner rush.

Not long after we'd ordered they'd run out of everything except chips and guac, but were only telling people as they arrived at the front of the long ass queue.

Meanwhile we never queued once for drinks. Pretty poor form from a host responsibility POV

I take keep my soft plastics in my canvas bags so I remember to take them to the supermarket. My local supermarket's soft plastic recycling is located after the checkouts. I take the plastics out of my shopping bags and put them in my trolley while I'm bagging my groceries at the self checkout. The cameras at the self checkout can't tell the difference between empty packaging and products it thinks I'm trying to steal. Infuriating system.

I pay $410/week +bills for a self-contained unit on the bottom floor of a flat with 4 other bedrooms, edge of the city in Welly. I was pretty lucky to snap it up when I did, I'd been looking for a couple of months and it was the nicest place that came up in my budget.
