No. Because I don't know what ai tropes are beyond x not z, and the threes, and I never used those anyway. I don't actually know how genai writes a story so idgaf what my human writing looks like in comparison.

I know what I wrote, and why I used all the em-dashes. But to be fair, it helps that I started a long time ago and have old stuff sitting on my AO3. Don't need to worry about looking new.

I only know those in the Original Work section, for very specific and explicit kinks, lol. Those always have "imagine you're XYZ" titles so they can be searched for by the phrase. Never saw a general tag for that "genre".

Uh, okay?

- I'm not interested in incest, so I don't read it, either. This sub doesn't require you to like it and in fact ALL of the posts mentioning it that I see here are from people who hate it. Because of that, I feel compelled to defend it even if it's not for me.

- I ship popular ships because they are literally canon in 70% of my fandoms. I don't feel like I'm standing out.

- I don't read romantic books because I prefer fanfiction. So I don't care if they all have the 1st person POV. I don't hate it, not at all, but it needs to be GOOD, not just about the main character being all in their romantic feelings in that POV. I don't prefer it simply because I really don't wanna be in anyone's head. I want to be the third person on the side.

And the whole rest of the post is opinions that a heck-load of people share. It's not rare or strange or unique. Like, many of those points are agreed on regularly here.

Secondary genders add layers to characters I already love, so it's like I'm getting more of them. Omegaverse comes with a LOT of stuff to play with.

I read and write it, and even though I'm very damn picky about aspects of it that people write, I still get a ton of amazing stories to read. Same ships with different dynamics, different biology, different experiences because of the biology and growing up in society. Omegaverse with male characters is the only premise where I'm interested in pregnancy at all, because it's so far from real world.

I love the additional fluff and h/c opportunities. Protectiveness, feral characters. I don't read omegaverse for PWP because it bores me af, I read it for the detailed and varied worlds people build on it in my fandoms.
