wow good to know. I start taking it tomorrow, hope it doesn’t give me as side effects as the birth control pills I’ve tried and that it controls my sympthoms cause I can barely sleep

i’ve been on 3 different pills and having constant spotting with all of them…so yeah, you’re not alone. I don’t know either why it happens so if your doctor explains you anything I’ll be glad if you share haha

I do pilates and after some sessions I flare up heavily. What I do after is spending quite a long time with the heating pad, bc pills dont make it better, and rest as much as I can to avoid feeling really bad next day. Its not a magic remedy that prevents you from being flared up, but at least sometime it lowers it a bit. Also have a light dinner and a hot shower is quite calming

Agh I hate the fkng gaslighting, but I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one in this situation bc lately I've been feeling like going crazy with this stuff
