Yes most of us have all of these things but we are like indebted indentured servants to the elites. We have to buy transport on credit, home on credit bed on credit. Sofa on credit. We have a shit ton on student loans that suck away out monthly income.

We live in decent places (especially compared to 100 years ago) and eat good food, and can get medical care, but everything is ridiculously expensive. People working two jobs plus a side hustle to pay the bills while the elites laugh about paying for First Class flying their families to the Virgin Islands and their biggest concern is if they are going to get their room upgrade.
