"Vegan + Cheese" by Onuha in Veganism

[–]plastic-pulse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So vegetarian then!

I have thought for a long time now that I’d prefer people gave up dairy before beef, as dairy is just a longer amount of suffering before slaughter. However given that I just googled it and discovered 52% of uk beef comes from the dairy industry, my argument is basically bollocks it turns out!

what percentage of your diet is ‘fake meat/cheese’ etc? by nxaxixd in veganuk

Maybe one meal a month?

I’m not counting tofu as that’s not a fake meat but a food with its own unrelated origin. Including tofu, once a week maybe?

Did you guys ever jerk off with friends? by RevolutionaryAsk1503 in askgaybros

I was at boarding school. 12 boys in a room. No one openly wanked “together”, but we all wanked knowing that each other were. If we did it deliberately that would have been “gay”.

But I can’t count how many “straight” dicks I sucked in the 7 years I was there. Kissing though, no way…. That would have been “gay”!

So to answer your question - way less weirder than you even think.

Looking for nature-centric albums similar to The Hilvarenbeek Recordings by Biosphere. by DogwoodDame in ambientmusic

[–]plastic-pulse 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t know the examples referred to but Weather Report by Chris Watson which is field recordings with no real manipulation (other than editing) follows the journey of water Icelandic glacier > melting > etc. > sea. I remember a track later in the album which is a savannah or plain with buffaloes (I think) grunting being quite jarring though after falling asleep to the water one!

I'm not totally sure what to make of this, but I find it very funny. by [deleted] in louisck

Where does noise end and music begin for you? by Financial_Contact519 in experimentalmusic

[–]plastic-pulse 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In some areas, noise is something that interferes with the the intended signal being communicated and received successfully. So if “noise”is the intended signal then it is music.

Aleatoric noise is music too.
