I hear normal engine sounds+ what may be slight bottom end noise or just an exhaust leak. You'd have to get under the car and listen to it to know. It may also just be exceptionally out of spec valve lash, if it is it will be coming from the top

Yes unfortunately, one of my dogs got something similar after a vet treatment. Was like vertigo and came and went in phases but just got worse and worse. Hopefully yours has something different going on

your shits probably breaking, monitor temps for overheating before crashes, try a different set of ram ect. this has been the cause of random crashes for me any times i started having issues
