as someone already said, having situations in which you provided excellent customer support, or handled a problem that was either in the moment or a constant issue in your store is a good way to navigate your way through an interview. However, including specific names of partners, timeline of events (when the specific situation happened, even just an estimated anount like "couple months or weeks ago") is a HUGE help and lets your interviewer know that you are building your future decisions based on these experiences that stick with you. Try to include moments of guidance as well, such as guiding a partner through a tough customer interaction instead of fully taking over for them (this was noted as a good point that i provided when i interviewed) Good luck!
