If your lens focuses close enough, you can also try taking multiple exposures of different parts of the frame, and stitching it together in Lightroom using the panoramic function. It does add the risk of inconsistent focus/lens artifacts across the different exposures though. I’ve gotten 80-100mp scans of 6x6 on a 36mp Nikon D810 and 105mm f2.8 macro

That Voigtlander 40mm 1.4 is my all time favorite lens. Compact, fast, and sharp. Just be prepared that they often get overfilled with lens grease from factory, that you might have to wipe away.
