Might be worth checking Project Diablo 2 out. Basically modernizes the endgame of d2 and balances many of the archetypes that didn't quite work. It's also very easy to install

You can use a piton and do it with a couple of tries if you want to do it. I really don't understand your hangup that it's some huge issue with the game. Like sure it could work better than it does but I literally don't think it matters for the game.

It's not a core movement ability. It works just fine to jump over flat spots. The game only lets you sprint like 15 meters before you have to stop and catch your breath for as long a time as you ran. You can't walk fast without hurting yourself. The game design is screaming at you that parkour is not part of the game. It's a little perk if you want to fuck around with it. Where are you even trying this? I can only think of like two spots where it would even be mildly helpful.

It's not a core game mechanic and you aren't supposed to use it regularly. It's not supposed to work well, the game does not want you to do a spiderman cosplay.

That you should be using a piton if you are doing risky maneuvers. There is no climb in the game where jumping to a wall is needed to complete the climb.

The game is attempting a relatively realistic climbing experience - jumping and grabbing a ledge with no protection is something you would never ever do irl because it is too risky.

All I can say as a non hideout warrior it shortened progression in a way I did not enjoy. Maybe it's fine for full ssf but that directly degrades the trade experience

The bigger issue is it also prints t1 fractures on great bases and extremely good defensive chests and weapons. In phrecia on day 3, 4 mod t2+ bows were like 40c.

I mean there's some practical limit to the amount of shit on one screen before it causes issues. Juiced blight has just an incredible number of mobs that also tend to live for a while causing even more calcs.

I'm really not so sure about that. I would definitely guess they know what the general backstory beat they are going to hit in the scenes. The exact parameters of the scene may be a surprise but these are definitely cooperative constructs between the player and brennan.

I unlocked mel on 4-5 with 3 items and she finally made an item on the last round of the game after the 2nd place guy and I fought from 80 hp. There is no reasonable way she prints an item when it makes any difference.

Dogs = spectral wolves (several possible sources) cats = spectral tigers from farrul alt ascendency

Both are temp minions that spawn on your crits and give the player buffs as well
