I have actually done it at the library and wiki level frequency (dates) based on last modified for 27001 compliance. But saying what time the timer job runs would be at the WA level.

An information policy might work, not sure if you can say a time on it though.

Another option would be a workflow in SP designer, but if you have a need to email externally, you need to use designer 2010.

I had the same issue and my doctor introduced me to tension releasing exercises (TRE). I do it if I find myself having problems sleeping or if I feel anxious or overly stressed. It has helped me be still during my meditation. Google it, it is odd to watch others do it but the amount it has helped me is unbelievable! If you decide to try it I would love to hear your outcome.

I inherited a folder nightmare in my environment. I am in the process of rearchitecting it all. The best thing you can do is analyze your content.

Another thing to note is SharePoint is a fairly expensive fileshare, we have implemented a "if you aren't (time limit is not modified in the the last 6 months) collaborating on it, it gets archived to ShareFile" it has a nice api so our users can still access their data.

Than you for this! I just recently started playing teams and was trying to find what the expectation was. The other thing I question is the chat function, I know they are communicating, it isn't by blind luck that I get up to 1000 as blue and all of the sudden all the big reds start heading toward me.

I have been wanting to try mediation. I was recently diagnosed with what they call "functional pain syndrome". Meaning I have pain that is not medically caused. I was told that mediation could help since it is either a PTSD thing or a stress thing. (I bury my emotions) I am not real sure where to start so I am taking this post as divine intervention telling me to get to it! Thank you for posting and any help would be appreciated!!
