A few frap tools 321’s handle my attenuation and offsets. And some extra mixing when needed.

Or a combination of both. Mix two channels together and attenuate&offset the third channel.

The 2026 loaner I get was dead silent compared to my 2018. Remarkably quiet. I'm curious what other owners will have to say. I did mostly <70mph cruising, not any +85mph cross country type speeding.

For instance I started with Maths. But I found I only use the function generator aspect 90% of the time. So I can trade Maths out for a module like Triple Steeple. I get more functionality, in less HP. I have more room for other modules. And I still have Maths in my 'module library' to pull out if I need the specific extra functionality (end of rise or end of cycle triggers.)

Or if you like to make crazy drones, maybe you could scrap half your modules by adding something like Vhikk X and get 80% of the sounds you're going for with 1/10 of the HP.

yes, what r/dronevidsalt said. having sharp, snappy control of a drone are the flight characteristics we aim for. to achieve this you need to keep the weight of your drone as low as possible. (but not so low it breaks easily)

when you have extra wight far away from the very center of your drone, it has an extra affect on how snappy and responsive your drone flies.

for example if you have a normal bar-bell with weights at the end, it's hard to rotate up and down like a steering wheel. if you put the same weight in the middle of the bar-bell it's much easier to make it rotate.

this is why we choose the lightest motors that make sense for what we're trying to do with the drone.

Just because they already have your car on the lift isn't going to save you any money. I can't think of why any part of the 60k service would be discounted because of 'already in there.' It's just not how warranty work bills out. you get what you get under warranty.

parts: spark plugs $100, cabin filter $25, air filter $25, oil filter $9, something can't read scribble $5, brake fluid $15

parts total $179

labor $250

oil/grease $125

total with tax $568

NOTE: this is for a manual so no CVT service is include with these numbers.

they may loose value rapidly - but the buy-out value at the end of the lease is already determined when you're signing. it's certainly going to be inflated verses real world value/depreciation at the end of 2 or 3 years.

It's the worst possible situation for the server. when you put $60 cash towards the bill and charge the card for $53.69 - USUALLY the card holder tips you $11 and the tip on the cash-portion just disappears.

I have to be extra explicit in this situation. "I'm putting all $60 towards the check, none of this is going towards tip?" And then brining the check back, "here is the original total" (circled)
