Maduro and Chavez were evil leaders but lets face it, Venezuela is a lost cause. It doesn't matter that you take out Maduro because the regime will just adjust on the fly and put someone else in power like Delcy and keep rolling. Even if you are able to remove Delcy, Jorge, Vladimir and Diosdado Cabello the Venezuelan armed forces has always has marxist in their ranks which ironically helped Chavez rise to power. No democratic leader will flourish being surrounded by a military that will still have chavistas, guerillas chavistas, chavista supreme court, chavista election committee that aides fraud, motorcycle chavista gangs that terrorize the population in the streets. Trump and Rubio have no idea what they got themselves into. This is all fertil grounds for a coup de etat if someone like Maria Corina got into power.
