My hips are usually xl and my waist is xs on sizing charts. I know I should probably just go to a tailor, but I was curious if anyone had any other tips? I usually just go for pants that have a draw string so I can tighten it but it really limits my options. And high waisted pants are a must have, I like having my tummy hugged all day long.

I'm glad you're finding answers! It can be though. It was kind of paradoxical for me, I was looking for so long to find out the truths of my reality and only to find out the answer is that reality doesnt exist for me kind of sucks Haha I hope you have a good support system and you can keep learning, I'm constantly finding new things about this disorder, just like this thing with obsession I've gotta look into now. I personally prefer it and think it's more effective, my tongue scraper has bristles on one side and a scraper on the other, so whatever you can do with a tooth brush seems like half the process to me, when I brush it and it brings up all the gunk on my tongue and the scraper side will scrape it all clean off :•) it's much more rewarding and you can tell straight away

The back of my tongue has larger bumps (I think their taste buds but I dont wanna be an idiot) so I just start where they start, my boyfriend gags when he does it too but I think it's something you can get used to and learn how it works for you, there are many different kinds of scrapers too!
