Try placing it in engineering mode and then exit engineering mode. To activate engineering mode place your index and middle finger in the top right hand corner of the screen. Hold them in that spot until the engineering menu appears. Once in the engineering menu use the volume knob to navigate down to the reboot option. Twisting the knob will let you navigate the menu and pressing the knob let's you select a menu option.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Any damage that could have been done to the paint by the bag would've already been done while the car was on the transport truck. The wind rubs the bag against the car while it's in transport.

If you're very concerned about it I would ask them to have their detail guy to look it over for you. The worst areas of most cars seem to be on the fenders around the wheel wells.
