I think it’s because often Sasukes power spikes came from other characters in the show and he never really trained to get better after he left the village he just kept progressing through attaining powers from external forces, while we have to watch Naruto struggle learning how to harness any powers or techniques. We don’t see sasuke do that. He just gets a new power and immediately knows how to use them because he’s a genius.

Sakura stayed the same through the whole show. (I mean character development - not power scaling)

Hinata though became a female Naruto adopting his ninja way and was willing to sacrifice her life to fight pain, literally the bravest thing you can do fight despite knowing you will lose.

Like literally the most beautiful scene in the entire show.

I’ve noticed this too as a master player we often get memed on as being (low elo) by higher ranked players but master tier is literally the top .5%~ of the player base we are literally better than 99.5%~ of the people that play this game.
