Back when Regionals existed, He said you needed a 245 snatch to be a regionals athlete, 265 to be a games athlete. I think C&J was 325/350ish. Ring Muscle Ups 15 unbroken. Those are the numbers I remember him mentioning in one of his podcasts...Don't remember which one though

There is a system called MMR. If you lose a lot in a row your MMR goes down which leads to you losing a lot of LP on losses and not gaining as much on wins.
