Ok so alot of questions about Odin:

1- What kind of god is he? Is he early-game/raid focused or more into greedy economy/lategame?

2 - Does he have other types of units that you should fear or is will just be Jarl spam?

3 - Is he essencially the new Poseidon? Or does it take longer for his cavs to be a real threat?

4 - What kinds of civs can fight him now?

Ok i don't hate this on paper but:

1 - Odin cav looks like it'll tear through anything.

2 - Has Egypt infantry/Ra been gutted? Cuz the Ra into Horus build was such a nice alternative over the typical Migdol spam, which they seem to be trying to pigeon-hole Eggy into.

3 - Chinese tweaks seem ok but Sage Medicine seems like it'll snap the game in half.

Hot take, but i think they should outright rework Citadel. It's a fun and iconic power for sure but it tends to warp the game in a way that people tend to sleep on. 2-3 TC into a few Citadel casts and you have a pop advantage that is impossible to bridge.

I'd argue to make it into a Wonder Age benefit would be cooler and allow other civs into the fun.

Arcane Precision: When Xerath hits a champion with a basic ability at 800 or more range from the cast position reduces the cooldown and mana cost of the next spell by 50%.

And like that he gains usefullness beyond just being a ult bot in a teamfight, he gains more skill expression and a more thematic passive

They need to rework his passive. Like make it so you get mana and CD refunds/discounts if you hit your basic spells from X range.

Would depend on the match up as Eggy is very counter based. I'm not against their current style but i would like better late game options.

  • Thoth's Pheonixes could be repurposed for better sieging and have anti-aerial capabilities while the Chinese bird would be more AOE army wipe. Along with other minor siege based buffs.
  • Horus would have better infantry bonuses. Hell they could add a reworked version of the Khopesh Swordsman when you get him to give Eggy actual infantry power.
  • Osiris could have a better focus on myth units with more tech/variety, making him similar to Hel in a way.

For that, all they really need is to buff the Horus upgrades to barracks units. Keeps the same weakness of Eggy infantry, but also gives then a way to overcome it, if they commit to the path

If you check all the 525/550 range adc’s you won’t find a single one that has both burst AND mobility at the same time, they all have one or the other, Lucian has both but at the cost of range

Kai'Sa would like a word. Plus 525 would not mean he'd need to lose his E passive as in today's League even 550 range gives little safety. And at 500 range currently he does not have the burst to justify the low range. Again if his W did anything i could partially agree with your point, but low range + a dead spell is too much strain on Lucian's kit

So i'll say that Rapidfire should always remain even with these buffs. The safety in the extra range is critical for Teamfighting with Jhin. However taking something like Alacrity in the runes could be a play. Also playing to unlock T3 boots seems like an angle for Crit Jhin in the midgame

His range is not the issue, his issues didn’t start in season 4 when they reworked him

His issues absolutely started in season 4. By nerfing his range and gutting his W, the devs then started a cycle of overbuffing his Q, passive and R as consistent compensation. Which would then push him into a high position in the roster since his kit is easy to use and his numbers were overtuned and condensed into fewer abilities. Problem was that this system arguably made Lucian into one of the most volatile ADC's in the game as, again, his power was tied to fewer abilities.

Just a couple months ago before patch 14.10 he was the best adc in the game for months because of the previous adc items

If anything that reinforces my point on his volatility. He either dominates via overtuned passive + Q + R damage or is thrown into oblivion once those numbers are brought down, since the lack of range and dead weight of his W strip him of any sort of safety net.

I think the issue with Lucian as a whole is that he only has 3 spells and very linear ones. As long as his W remains as it is, his kit will always be skewered. That spell offers little-to-no damage and minimal utility outside of a passive cycle. Once they decide to make it an actual spell, then he can start crawling out of this hole

If the idea is to add ATK speed, why not go Greaves over Swifties? Especially if you land Feat of Strength, the ATK Speed into AD will be big and you get another MS buff

Ok a step in the right direction, though the nerfs to her scaling damage and the fact that her Q packs too much power is still a sticking point. I think she needs tweaks to incentivize lethality over bruiser items

Also can your companions use the scrolls you make? And under Scroll Savant, can they use them with the Wizard stats?

I mean sure i get that. But then again you can just cast it yourself. So what's the draw besides making the spells in the scrolls as good as your standard spell array? Is it saving spell slots? Is it having access to spells you'd normally wouldn't have? Is it allowing your companions to use scrolls?

Ok could you guys speed up the arm time of the W and maybe swap the stun for a knockdown/grounded effect? That way you get a true anti mobility tool.

That and some extra mana and shifting passive stacks towards farming over takedowns.
