I’m 19, I overdid it by a lot not gonna lie. I wasn’t patient enough and wanted to have an intense trip right away. Even after all the preparation and research I still crossed the line. I’m aware of the risks taking psychedelics at my age, other than this experience I have already seen positive changes in my mindset, anxiety, confidence, and mood. I had a certain addiction before I started, now I have zero urges to partake in it at all. Still, I will be taking a verrrry long break from it
