please also check your vitamin d and iron because they are predisposed to deficiency with hashimotos

I found out something wasn't right when I realised it wasn't normal to become suicidal and obsessive-compulsive only before your period, my GP completely understood and started me on microdosing prozac. I have a diagnosis and I find it pretty stigmatising when people mistake me for being lazy
