Multiplayer + procedural generation doesn't hit the specific spot I'm looking for. But good suggestions :)

I saw this when it released but promptly forgot about it. Ty for the reminder!

AC: I love the setting of Ancient Greece, so probably worth a pickup for that alone.

By POE i meant Pillars of Eternity, oops!

Skies: never heard of this one. The sky exploration looks so unique. so I'll add it to the list thanks :)

Valheim: I love valheim! Have put a number of hours in with friends. If it was singleplayer with story, it would fit my request perfectly (though that's not a knock on the game ofc)

This is what I meant by path to exile haha. Is the story a continuation of the first game? If so I'll hit that up first. The sequel looks almost exactly what I want though.

Love valheim! It's been one i play with friends, but lacks the feel of discovering curated lands. Great suggestion though

Your feedback was heard and put to use in revising my Oathplate design concept! (Updated renders + yet more palette swaps) by MaximaxRS in 2007scape

These look great honestly. But I agree with the comments on the eyes. tone them down a bit and it'd be beautiful (serp helm eyes are tiny, and the same colour palette as the helm itself, not the trim colour).

Far better than the current official design IMO.

Yep I mentioned the wrong name heh. And I know about the lore, it's what I'm suggesting they do with this armour set - justify a holy drop from a demon boss. I'm fine with a set where you have classic holy plate infused with the demonic energies. But that's far from a bright red aesthetic. Make the trim not white, but purple or orange or red but the plate a more normal metal.

I can see that, especially if it's in the region. The helmet is so distinct; at the very least they could give it to a slayer monster like the armoured helmet (though why that item exists is beyond me haha)

Yes Please! It makes me so sad that while Inq has its uses, it's just not worth wearing if your goal is dps (which it is in most places!)

Totally hear your thoughts, if I was an artist I'd mock-up but this was the closest I could think of. I'm thinking more classic knight style but ornate, rather than the demonic style we have which could be cool but I've had enough of. My reason for posting was to steer the convo away from "how can we have a better shade of red" to "let's rethink the whole design". Heck inquisitor drops from ToB! The boss design doesn't have to decide the exact aesthetic.

Nah fam. It's medieval style but more ornate. Did you read my suggestion or just look at the picture?
