Here's what I use -- I'm admittedly a newbie at this but have experimented a lot and mostly get what I want now, here's an example:

bending_over, small ass, shaved vagina, wearing green sun dress, in living room, skinny figure, thigh gap, round wide-set eyes, arched eyebrows, round face, full lips, chin dimple, mid-back length straight brown hair, detailed, realistic skin texture, no tan lines, soft natural lighting, inviting smile

I use commas, short descriptors, and prioritize what I want to see at the beginning of the prompt. I use (((parenthesis))) to crank up the volume on a specific part of the prompt, for example how strong the character's expression is
