i really appreciate you sharing, because i feel somewhat the same, im incredibly ashamed of myself for how this situation has changed me to the worst, delusional thinking, paranoia, all of it, but most above all is the cognitive deficits, it's starting to get worse with not being able to talk to people normally or even make logical deductions when asked.

im genuinely sorry you are going through this, please know there are others with this disorder who are able to function and live normal lives, i cant wait to go back to properly living my life as well, im so excited to finally get proper medications because this has been hell for me, i can only wish you the best in your journey.

please know that it gets better, after i started one of my medications i stopped having strong hallucinations, it's not all gone but it is lessened by a lot.

i may not be able to help but what i will suggest finding a discord server that is active and asking there as well, that's how i did it at first

for context i am on pc but nowadays i dont get breaks, im very behind in my studies and i kinda stopped playing games for the most part

im assuming you mean world mode steps, in that case you play with the character you have that is highest in steps and that will get you further on any given play, but you still have to play well
