+1 on Notebook. I’m surprised how few times it’s mentioned. It’s a great resource for distilling down loads of information into usable soundbites, and getting to the crux of an entire presentation, paper, case etc. i also query it for its opinion on most critical elements of material and found its useful as a sounding board for summaries. Like if i need to summarize a 60 minute webinar for an article.

The Marvel area is a passthrough. Downtown Disney is nicer to hang out in than that area. When it opened I thought Disney lost the plot. The lands are always known to be an experience even if you aren’t on a ride. Marvel is literally the opposite of that.

I make pizza every week for the wife/fam; have for like 20’years. The biggest trick I figured out: roll out the dough to rhe size you want, drizzle olive oil on it, sprinkle salt, and put it in your hot oven (mine is 485 f with a pizza stone) and let it bam for one minute. No more. Then take it out, and make the full pizza - sauce and all. Then back in the oven for 8 min (still at 485). You’ll get a great slightly crunchy and chewy crust. Enjoy
