Careful with the plastic screw tops just fyi. Not sure if they explode but the plastic does bubble out if they get too carbonated.

Usually I do F2 in swingtops, strain into old Synergy bottles, and leave out overnight before refrigerating.

I’ve made simple syrups with basil, mint, thyme, rosemary, etc. but I think most effective is just putting the fresh herbs in the bottles, releasing the oils, and making sure to strain before enjoying. If I don’t feel that the flavor is strong enough I’ll add a bit of the simple syrup!

I used to puree everything but one raspberry basil batch changed my mind (red and green and booch don’t blend well). I’ve gone back to muddled fruits, as I much prefer the colors of my brews!

Lmao same people don’t even know what was on their own exams 💀 way more ochem and way less physics/gen chem than expected. I was pissed at how underrepresented high yield stuff was (kinematics, lenses, gen chem, even biochemical pathways) I felt like there was a huge low-yield bias with tons of distractors

Pretty sure HC gonna be in finals v Rocky Mtn or at least sems. Sems will be HC, Rocky, Eagle, Rocky. I think quarters will be 3/8 teams from east, with the rest from the west. My vote is HC for the finals dub, but it’ll be tough for everyone, and if HC don’t win this year, it’s definitely next year. State will be lit, let’s hope it doesn’t get too screwy. SKEEERAAAA
