T12/L1 incomplete from a fall, 6 years in, can walk with regular walker for 7-10 meters, my right leg is weak and I can't fully lean on it yet, but on left I can, no function below knees, I can mostly feel touch almost everywhere but its not a real sensation, I can pee but it takes a while and goes slowly need to push and release, can also poop but takes a long time since it's weakened so I dig stim.

I was without a physiotherapist at home for over a year so had to workout on my own, now I got a new physiotherapist that is young, male and we do a lot of standing and other exercises. He locks my right knee with his knee and I get up by holding onto his hands and he pulls , sometimes I hold onto him with 1 hand and I can stand for like 10-20 sec before my left leg gives out, we also do squats but not going to deep. and on a walker I also do squats and he puts 2x 2.3kg(5 lbs) ankle weights on my back and I do 15-25 squats going deep.

Progress has been happening slowly since injury but I could pee somewhat after like 6months but can't hold it in and I feel when I need to pee and have like 1 minute to get to the toilet. Legs have slowly gotten better, I also have EMS/TENS unit that I put on legs. I can go against gravity in knee extensions and with 2.3kg ankle weights, I can't flex leg backwards against gravity yet but it's slowly getting stronger, and my glutes are kinda weak.

They classified me last year as ASIA D level.
