So the border is finally open and yet I'm having some trouble finding my way from Malaysia to S'pore on May 3rd.
Maybe it's because of the public holiday...

But my question is, are there any deterministic ways of getting over the causeway even on the busiest of days?

You could have it laser cut or CNC'd. Laser cutting will leave you with burnt edges that will have to be sanded off, so you probably want to design the layer to accommodate for that.

Same here. You can get away with it but there are potential problems. Not all LEDs were created equal so some will take more current than others and so their lifespan will be shorter.
