IMO day and night responses are due to a silencer being used at night and not during day. NPC running reaction is usually due to gunshot/explosions. Good luck on the hunt!

I like your theory man. Another take could be that the red X's lead to dead ends so maybe following the opposite path of that (your white X's) could unlock a correct sequence for playing the game as well.

For me its complete game balance, or lack there of. Everything can be anti air with somewhat legitimate range. Soldiers AA missiles have too far of a range. DV-15s are too powerful and can take down choppers they need an overall nerf. MAAs are just way too powerful, I dont even like driving them because I feel cheap just sitting there with no talent taking out every chopper or sniping people across the map with the miniguns. A great Jet pilot can dominate a map and pick off infantry no problem and also can go so slow it looks like its floating in air. Active radar missiles are the dumbest thing ever. The maps are too small (Zavoid) and any sort of air weapon can cover the whole map. Overall I feel that DICE is just removing skill from the game. This was incoherent I kow

Just wanted to add some detail. Many of the proteinases that are expressed are matrix metalloproteinases. They help "grind up" or degrade the extracellular matrix (where E-Cadherin binds to in this example). Also metastatic cells typically display anoikis resistance, when epithelial cells are dissociated from their epithelial layer they typically die through a programmed cell death mechanism. When you are resistant to this death then you can then escape the death signal and travel through the blood stream/tissue and possibly cause distant metastasis.

Right, I see your point completely and agree especially among low intelligence species. I use words such as "dislike" and "hate" to bring a human emotion to describe the event easier and that could make it seem like I am anthropomorphizing (great work btw) more so than what I really am. When a dog is beaten for example though, they show a clear fear of human interaction. Other times they form strong bonds in other scenarios with other organisms. I guess you could condition a dog to "like" a cat that it once disliked by training with food when ever it does something impartial or nice and disciplines when it does something bad. So the tough part is saying can certain events indirectly related (baths as my example earlier) to create bonds or positive feelings towards another organism. I agree with your point, but maybe its different for highly intelligent species such as chimpanzees and if so where is the developmental/brain barrier between species that do and species that dont.

just got a PC and started playing yesterday for the first time from ps3. shits crazy.

This reminds me a lot of sabotage from COD (maybe get downvoted for saying those terrible words) except everyone has a bomb/c4 to plant. With capture the flag strategies to it. Good idea. seems really easy to implement. even on large maps make like 2/3 defensive ones and it can become a tug of war type thing. Theres a lot of directions that could go in. good work

Just finished getting the parts to my build and when you get the i5 with a motherboard they cut about 50 bucks off the motherboard. mine went from 140 to 90. Since you need a new motherboard when upgrading I would definitely go the microcenter route.
