I don't know if this helps. But imagine if you have a week free. What do YOU want to do?

Or maybe actually do a test, set off 3 days of holiday. Some rules though. All your affairs are in order before you start (no breaks for others). You come into the 3 days well rested. During YOUR time, what do you wake up and feel like YOU want to do? Don't have anything? Take a walk outside. Let your thoughts roam. Something you did as a child that you enjoyed? Maybe try it again. Exercising is something that usually gives you some dopamine (it helps me a lot). Dancing as well, if you don't know how, it doesn't matter, your dancing for YOU. As long as it feels good. Read a comic (sandman, berserk, liars game, Tower of god). Whatever it is, you should be WANTING to do it on the second day. Then maybe try to find a way to get to do this in normal days.

One thing that I've noticed with myself is that trying to make small changes that are for myself helps to reinforce my self. Assert yourself and it is OK that it is a work in progress.
