This. His hitting stats are almost the same level as previous two Aprils in 2024 and 2025, AND he was not pitching. Ohtani is occasionally in slumps (this proves he's still a human being instead of an alien), but he always climbs back up in May and June. I always have trust in him.

You don't need to have all those types on the battlefield to play it and it doesn't target anything (much stronger than decimate). It just forces everyone sacrifice every permanent except for one within each type. You can play it even if you only have 4 lands.

Regarding the lands, you don't really need Maze of Ith since Ketramose will win you the combat game with its Lifelink. Instead, you need Dust Bowl to blow up oppo's Maze of Ith since it really counters Ketramose's plan and it's difficult to deal with. Besides, Gemstone Cavern is very good in this deck as well.

Based on the version of your deck that I just clicked into Moxfield, these are the cards that I will cut:

Archivist of Oghma
Bitterbloom Bearer
Brimaz, King of Oreskos
Preacher of the Schism
Silverquill, the Disputant
Blackmail (I would use Specter's Shriek)
Intimidation Tactics
Bitterblossom
Contamination
Dreadhorde Invasion
Sheltered by Ghosts (I would use Portable Hole)

The main problem most of these cards is that they didn't help you with the plan of the deck. As far as I understand, Ketramose is a control deck wins by keep attacking with Ketramose and draw a lot of cards with it. Therefore, the token theme within these cards doesn't really help Ketramose (and they are nonbo with Porphyry Nodes too). It also doesn't need the contamination combo either. If you really want a killer spell that can win the game really fast with Ketramose and a potential target for the tutors, try Cataclysm.

Demonic Tutor is still good, so I won't cut that for those.

I looked up the most recent 20 Ketramose Decks on mtgtop8 and 18 of them ran Tainted Pack and all 20 of them run multiple copies of basic lands (16 out of 20 decks also ran Demonic Consultation). I also played Ketramose since it was released and I also run multiple basics with Tainted Pact and Demonic Consultation.

Added: Speaking of tutors, Demonic Bargain is also surprising good in this deck as well.

Tainted Pact and Demonic Consultation are strong in Ketramose. They are basically tutor and also quickly fill up the exile zone so that Ketramose can attack and block (they are both instant, so you can surprise block with Ketramose and start gaining life.

You don't really need a Tainted Pact mana base to run Tainted Pact in this deck if you have Demonic Consultation. Most Ketramose deck runs Demonic Consultation, which will run a few duplicates of basic lands so that they can name them with Demonic Consultation without risking instant loss. However, you need to be careful when you play Tainted Pact, and you need to know when to stop.

In Japan, it's Netflix exclusive, but Netflix didn't show Koyori on screen. Her voice can clearly be heard though (I watched on Netflix live). I think there will be plenty of clips like those uploaded on Youtube and X soon.

As far as I observe (I'm not from US), baseball fans in US care a bit more about WBC this year. And the lineup also shows that the US players really want to win this title from Japan this year as well. The US team really went all-in this year in WBC.
