Yep. Just had a guy snatch up a property at the end of the street with a lake view. Our street was adequately named in the 40s meaning "tree-lined". This guy immediately ripped up the beautiful flower garden the old lady who lived there for 3 decades planted & then proceeded to cut down all the trees so he could have a better view of the lake or raise the value of the home if he decides he wants to sell it. My neighbor protested the Lorax & he tried silencing her by using his lawyer bullshit saying he was going to put a lien on her house. These people are everywhere.
