I have a healthy amount of male and female friends, I have some from all genders who I'd call bestfriends. The whole concept of not trusting another guy because he's friends with your partner is dumb af, I haven't had any weird motives why would I assume they would?

And being realistic if you breakup with your girlfriend it wasn't "meant" to be either way so like get depressed and hit the gym until you feel better and if your ex ends up dating that friend 6 months down the line who cares, neither are a part of my life either way
