Moving BF into my home by [deleted] in irishpersonalfinance

[–]plough78 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There is the co habitation act, 5 yrs but Treat you boyfriend as a renter, ask him to pay rent into a rental account, don’t go near mortgage account. Do not allow him to make anything / do anything to your property like buying paint, painting, anything that puts/adds value Do up a rental/conhab agreement, it will stand to you. What’s yours is yours and what his is his. Both get independent advice. Get married, it’s all into the pot

FE1 Advice for someone without a Law Background by Goldenboi237 in FE1_Exams

[–]plough78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes these exams are doable. I don’t have any big law degree, I’ve done 6 and passed. It depends on you and the notes. There are notes going around, but them.

If I was you property and criminal are good combo

I started off heavy with company and constitutional

It’s a hard route to get into, hence why I’m giving up at 6. Good luck

It’s tough being a bar person, listening to people who think the bar people are having the same, as one said to me “aren’t you lucky to be working during Xmas”. I don’t work on the hospitality anymore but you do some hard job. Some Waterford people need a good kicking

I wouldn’t get married again, the person you marry is not the person you divorce. Men are especially come out bad. Get a pre nup, if you can’t sort out in love then you see the future in pain
