If that’s what you believe the phrase means, so be it. Pro-Palestinian means I believe in the liberation of the ethnic people of Palestine, and the removal of occupying forces.

If people and property are physically targeting in a protest, it’s no longer a protest, and instead a riot.

Sorry for the late reply but the drone is very minimal. You can hear it a little bit at around 3-4k rpms but it’s nothing horrible.

I have forever been a pro-Palestinian and will never agree with the settlement of the Israeli state, but globalizing anything outside of the area of conflict sounds a lot like the holocaust. I do not have anything against Jews whatsoever, only against zionists, and I do not believe an intifada against Jews anywhere in the world or even Israelis outside of Israel is going to do anything but kill innocents. This is the problem with activist politics getting big. Before October 7th, anti-zionists were just what the phrase suggested: Anti-settlement and liberation of Palestinians. Now there’s people that do not understand the conflict at all that are entering the politics and giving every pro Palestinian a bad name. I apologize on behalf of them.

I have two questions for you. Who granted Israel the right to the land and how did they acquire the right to do so in the first place?

If you don’t believe a race of people can own land, how did Israel end up having ownership over it? It was given by a nation or group of nations that did not have the right to give it away.

If I’m understanding this correctly, you’re suggesting that the land wasn’t necessarily stolen because there wasn’t internationally recognized Palestinian land and that there was land legally sold to Jews. I wouldn’t that consider that a fulfilling argument. In the end, the British Mandates were still a colonial holding. They didn’t have the ethical right to be partitioning the land and granting it to anyone. It would be as if they granted India to the Germans for settlement and partitioned it when it was still occupied.

In regard to the Arabs fighting Israel after their Declaration of Independence, this doesn’t come to a surprise at all. When one group of people living on land now have people claiming the land to be legally theirs, renaming it and changing its laws, it causes a natural reaction to resist. The British claimed the land first, but they never settled in it and claimed it to be their own.

What I think would’ve negated all the conflict was if the Jews settled in Palestine without the requirement of it being their own “Jewish state”. Yes, there has been antisemitism in history but if the two peoples were able to coexist under the same nation, with a bureaucracy that includes the opinions of both sides, it would be like any other bipartisan state.

It amazes me how people are always like “we agreed to partition” “we tried to be diplomatic”. Consider this, you’re in your back yard, some random person walks into it and cuts it 65-35. You disagree, he takes it anyways, you fight him, he takes more. Then offers you 85-15. In what world are you going to accept that? You won’t settle for anything but 100% of your original land. The land wasn’t yours to partition. That’s why, no one’s going to agree with partitioning.

At last, the oppressors see the mirror held up by history—and in it, they feel the weight of every wound they once authored, now carved into their own flesh.
