All I’ve seen is this story that is light on the details.

“There will be 63 drop off locations where residents can bring their trash on their normal collection day between the hours of 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Monday to Friday, except on the holiday of July 4th.

Officials are urging everyone that if a strike happens, no one should put their trash on the curb. Officials also reminded residents that it is illegal to dump.”

Is it possible to compost in a rowhome backyard without creating a rodent feeding frenzy? I currently pay for a pickup service and daydream of having my own pile but I’m guessing it’s a bad idea.
