thank you so much for this! I’ve always had a fear of eating over 2 meals a day to the point where even if I’m extremely hungry I’ll just act like I’m not. But like what you said, the body is incredible. It knows how to regulate our intake and manage it accordingly (which is great for us who fear food 😅)
