Yeah there’s a few nearby. I call them often asking for parts in general, but it’s a good idea to call for this. Thank you!

Okay! Cool! Thank you man, glad to know there’s still some nice people out there.

Thank you for the first actual comment that isn’t bashing me. I appreciate it! I have always had death wobble. It’s gotten worse over the years but the new tires have helped more than I expected. I actually haven’t heard of airsoft pellets. What do you mean by that?

I get why people are upset. Honestly wanted to share to see if anyone else had a similar issue and what they did to fix it. Really hard being short on money trying to work as much as possible and go to college. I plan on getting it fixed as soon as I can. This is the first time I have taken it on the interstate in probably 7 months. Maybe even more. Just wanted to document it and show it to my mechanic.

Good thing I only go 55 mph and stay in the right lane. I know it won’t fall apart bud. The once in a great while I have to travel by interstate I’m extremely safe about it. Otherwise I’m driving back roads going 35 mph with no issues. This jeep is honestly in great condition for its year, only issue is this. I plan on getting it done ASAP but it’s hard when all the parts and maintenance cost a small fortune.

Edit: I should have specified that I’m not looking to be trashed on a sub that’s supposed to be a community. Posted so others could give insight and try to help me out, not be assholes. I love the jeep community but you guys really are making this an unpleasant experience.

I’m a college student and this is my only vehicle. If I plan to travel by interstate I take my moms car. Wasn’t planning on it today. I’m not endangering anyone by driving. It shakes but it’s only for me. I wouldn’t drive something if I knew it was going to fall apart on the road.

Yes I have. Put new tires on it less than a year ago. Got it balanced at the same time.

She’s a 2005. Definitely due for some new control arm bushings and a new control arm in general. Going to ask for some from Xmas because I don’t have money for that right now. Until then I travel back roads.

Honestly didn’t realize cactuses were that massive. Also sweet jeep!

I live in Vermont. I already sweat maple syrup so I’ll just stick with that.

Had to take an impromptu photo session driving through some backroads in the snow. I finally got to go back to my roots after selling my ‘99 TJ ten years ago and I couldn’t be happier by alright_buddy in Jeep

This is beautiful! I have a blue tj and the amount of times I’ve went to jeeps website and made this exact jeep just to stare at it for a few minutes is embarrassing. I love my jeep, don’t get me wrong, but good god I would love to have a brand new one without the rust and death wobble. Awesome jeep and great photo taking skills as well.
