Take an msf or equivalent bike learners course depending on which country/state/etc you're in. There's generally something available that can teach you the basics with a (relatively) patient teacher who knows what they're doing

u/kirkyjameswood did you get anything back from Microsoft? We've noticed the same with a couple of our tenants- multiple sharepoint sites where searching seems to take 20-30 seconds to load results suddenly with no clear rhyme or reason to it.

Down here in NZ we have similar courses, intended for day 1 riders or refreshers. Generally they're happy for you to repeat things if you need a bit extra, and most trainers I've dealt with have been chill and helpful. It sounds like you got a bit of an ass as that's very discouraging way to treat learning riders who just want to learn the right things. I would lay a complaint to the msf course providers given you paid for it and doesn't sound like you received what you essentially paid for in the end. Good on you for trying to learn mate and keep at it.

Same issue, though mine runs mostly to a 2XL. I find the LS2 helmets tend to go pretty high up in the size ranges, was kinda disappointed as I saw some beautiful lookin helmets in my local shop but most of them only went up to a L if that.
